Designed for Damp Locations
Some Fanimation fans, blades, and lighting fixtures are specifically designed for locations that are damp or humid, such as porches, verandas, waterfront homes and patios. However, the speed controller and the fan itself must be completely under cover and not exposed directly to water spray or rain.
Designed for Wet Locations
Fanimation fan and lighting fixtures that are designed for Wet Locations can be used inside or outside. As with any fan, avoid locations where fan can be exposed to high winds.
Components which can be used Outdoors will be marked with DAMP or WET at the end of the item.
At a minimum you MUST select Blades, an Extension Pole and a motor.
